1. CAN I MAKE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
No! You can discuss your requirements on the phone with our team as well as contacting us by email and live chat.
NOTE: All ORDERS need to be emailed to you as an official quote. We then require a reply email agreeing our quote.
Prior to producing your first project with CPR EDucation, We will send an account form with our Terms and Conditions to your finance department.
This will need to be completed with the basic information we requires for our accounting team to set your school up for a credit account. All schools will receive a 30 day credit facility.
If your school uses PO numbers, we will also require this to process the order.
2. HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?
There are many ways in which you can contact us:

- Via phone - Call us on 0203 288 1077 (Monday - Friday 8:30am and 6pm)
- Via live chat - at the bottom right of the web page- If you contact us out of hours, complete the contact form and we will contact you back.
3. I NEED MY ORDER FAST, CAN YOU HELP?
Of course we can! We give set turn-around times for our products so that you can manage your production expectations.
Depending on the quantities, we can turn smaller projects round in faster so its worth having a chat with the team. We can also update your product delivery (this will come at an additional cost).
With Reference to Large Format printed projects - We offer three types of delivery: Free delivery (mainly for PVC Open Event Banners and items that we bring with us for installations) Express DPD overnight delivery and Dedicated Same Day large van delivery. On ordering and estimating, we will discuss these options with you.

4. DO YOU PRODUCE BESPOKE SIZES NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Yes! Please get in touch for a quote on a bespoke project on any of our channels.
5. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM CHARGE?
Yes, but only on bespoke, large format print jobs. For these, we charge a minimum of £50 + VAT. We do try where possible to nest jobs, in order to eliminate the minimum charge. This charge covers administration including consultancy, artworking, pre-press, printing and wastage.
6. WHEN WILL I GET MY INVOICE?
We send all invoices out directly to your school's accounts department on completion and delivery of your project. All schools will receive up to 30 days credit from that point for payment.
7. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CMYK and RGB?
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black: the inks our Indigo digital presses mix together to make colours on your printed job.
RGB stands for Red, Green and Blue: the colours of light a computer screen mixes together to make colours on your screen.
8.WHAT IS BLEED?
Bleed is the name given to ink that prints beyond the trim edge of the page, ensuring your artwork extends to the edge of the page after trimming.
As there is a degree of movement when printing on any press, you should always create 3mm bleed on all edges where bleed is needed.
Supplying your job without bleed may result in white edges when the artwork is trimmed.
9. WHAT DOES DPI MEAN?
DPI is the amount of ink dots per inch. All images should be 300 dpi as 300 dots per inch is the required standard for printed material.
Anything below 200 dpi may not be good enough resolution for printing.
10. I'M NOT SURE IF MY ARTWORK IS CORRECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
That's why we are here. If you are in any doubt or have any questions please contact us and we will be delighted to help you.
Alternatively, email your artwork when ordering with details of what you are unsure about.
We will check it over for you and let you know if any more work is required.

11. DO YOU SUPPLY PROOFS?
Yes! Once you have agreed to proceed with your project, our artwork team will either produce your design files or check the files that you send over. We will be on the look out for any resolution, font or image issues, as well general size and layout problems.
CPR Education always requires that you send an email signing off your artwork before we go to print.
NOTE: We will not check spelling or grammar.

12. IN WHAT FORMAT SHOULD I PROVIDE MY ARTWORK?
All artwork should be sent as print ready high resolution PDF or send native files (images, Word documents or logos) as a zip file to firstname.lastname@example.org.

13. CAN YOU MATCH SPECIFIC COLOURS INCLUDING PANTONES?
Yes! We use Adobe Creative Suite and Onyx as our RIP allowing us to match to almost any Pantone colour you provide.
We also use various manufacturers, allowing us to offer various vinyl swatches to match to your brand colours.
